Flash and rear camera isn't working.

I am experiencing a hardware issue in my Motorola Moto X 1st gen phone since 3 days. Flash light option isn't showing in Settings and can't open rear camera although front camera working fine. I tried restarting, turn off and on again, factory reset but no luck. By booting the device into safe mode I see that flash and camera are working fine but once I restart same problem arise. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Yea but other than this issue mobile is robust and fast. I don't want to buy new phone only because flash isn't working!
