HELP NEEDED

I have an android 8.1 head unit

leTV LE1 (supposedly the make and model but that relates to a mobile phone)

MT 6580

It's been working great but this week when it boots up, it cant find a home screen or launcher so it just sits there saying "Android Starting Up" Therefore I cannot access any android settings pages.

Ive tried accessing recovery options on boot but nothing seems to work.

Just for information, my unit has no physical on/off button or volume buttons, just a reset button which I held for 10 seconds but no recovery mode came up.

I'd like to reinstall a fresh copy of android on it but I've been told that USB Debugging needs to be selected but I cannot access this because I cant access any android menus on it.

Any solutions please?

You might try that reset button again with the auto on and the engine not running.

Done that but no difference

Time for a new head unit

You might try pulling the fuse or break the circuit to the unit and then reconnect to see if that initiates a reboot. I'm out of suggestions.... sorry
