ya, thats what i've been reading also... been looking all evening now, and havnt found anything yet of any use...

Thanks, that got most of it gone, i also was getting hacked by someone i believe through fb a new freiend that added me. Phone got slower and slower, screen would go red, deleted friend and seemed to stop except red screen. Had to reflash. Now im good again

Thanks for the how-to. I was able to keep my root going to JB, but was having several other issues with my phone which is why I chose to downgrade. My phone did require a hard reset at the end, but everything seems to be good now. I just hope my SD card issue doesn't come back. Just need to re-root and block the damn JB update so I don't have to deal with it again.
