How to make S21Ultra ring faster?

I am in a sales position. We get leads via incoming calls (shark tank). My S21 isn't ringing as fast as other team members. Even if my finger on the button someone else answers. I've shut down background apps. Restart phone constantly to get nearest cell tower. No luck any suggestions?

Are your other "team" members on the same cell provider? There are no options to make your phone connect faster. It's all about your provider.

Everyone has own provider. Verizon is what I have can't really switch where I am. I just bought avg cleaner & anti virus to shutdown background apps that appear to make it faster. Tbd...

I'm confused. How are these sale calls being distributed? Everyone with a cell phone is going to have a different phone number.

Do people call into a hub that then the hub dials all the different sales people phone numbers?

there is no need to shutdown background apps....especially on a s22. you have enough ram to handle pretty much anything on this phone. you can launch every single app on your phone and still have it run smoothly.

get rid of your cleaner apps. they will just destroy your battery life and it will make phone fight against the app.

also there is no need for anti-virus apps because there are no viruses fotr android.......malware, yes......viruses, no. its been over a decade and more, since i have owned an android phone. and not once, have i had a need for an anti-virus app.

good point. this does not sound like a good setup if everybody is on a different provider. how is it possible that everybody is getting the same call, on different providers, on different cellphones?

Verizon told me background apps can slowcm ring time. I don't know. I have 122 apps on my phone. When I closed all background apps yesterday phone did seem to ring faster. Weird problem I know. But .5 seconds is alot in this 'race' anything helps.

Are these company provided phones or your own personal phones?
Change your carrier and see if that helps

Zillow = Real Estate (Correct?)

So it sound like people dial into a hub and then the hub dials/rings agents cell phones. So your phone number isn't dialed at the same time.

122 apps is a heavy load on any phone.

I agree with AugieTN, either disable or delete all of those apps and see if that helps

what is a zillow lead?

On Zillow if you click on an agent to see a home real estate companies or agents pay for those clicks. It will "Blast" to whatever numbers and approved (single agent or team). Same people seem to get first so it is a technology issue with the phone not the blast or hub.

We buy our own phones...I had bought a new phone last year didn't help.

Cindy, stay one step ahead of the game and check out what devices and carriers the others are using.
Hopefully you can equip yourself to at least it being an equal playing field moving forward...
