Help How to Restore Partition Table in Realme Devices

I got my all partitions (mmcblk0) deleted while trying to remove the USB drive partition... I was using a root application from the play store. Now I am unable to flash anything from recovery or fastboot. I have access to Recovery, Bootloader. My TWRP is unable to mount anything (system, boot, vendor, etc.)
I don't know how to recreate my partition table.

so you can get into twrp recovery? did you make a nandroid backup, if you do?

yeah i have access to TWRP, but i don't have any backup.
