Internal memory full!??

My device keeps telling me that the internal storage is almost full (15.5 of 16gb used), but I have no idea how it's full.
I have uploaded a screenshot of all the folders in my internal memory, which only adds up to 6.63 gb.

Any ideas where else I should be looking??

I have deleted heaps of photos and videos etc. but the space just keeps disappearing.

keep in mind the phone's os is also on the internal memory and takes a small chunk out of your 16 g of storage.

i would look into getting an sd card.

And what does "your folders" include? Apps' data also use space. Apps themselves use space. Updates to system apps use space. Are these included?

Thanks for the replies people.
I had wrongly assumed that my apps were displayed here, but it turns out some of them are bigger than I thought. Also Spotify had over 4gb of cached data!!
