On some apps, Facebook is one of them I have problems getting the keyboard to pop up when I am trying to enter data in a window, when it does pop up it disappears after a few key strokes. Is there something I can do to correct this?

You could try a 3rd party keyboard, but sometimes the issue is with the app and not your devices keyboard.

Are you using the stock keyboard?
If not, what keyboard are you using?
You mentioned Facebook as one of the apps this happens on, could you list all the apps this happens with for us?

I was using the stock Android keyboard, I have downloaded the Google keyboard with he same results. The two apps that are giving me the problem is Facebook and an online banking app called DB&T Savvy. I only had the phone for about ten days so I may discover other apps that have the same problem.

My keyboard question is, how do I get to the characters that are on a computer keyboard but not on the telephone

Never mind. I figured it out. Or discovered it accidentally.

Pressing the Numbers key brings up the other characters.

I am having trouble with my keyboard.the letters e,s, and c seem to not work most of the time. I'm tryed b sides in the keyboard but that still does not fix the problem. Any suggestion
