Help LG EVE Updated to 1.6OF on Rogers and it Bricked

Like i said LG updater went to 100% then reboot the phone and now it wont finish booting... it goes LG Splash then Rogers then Android Screen then BLANK with backlight.
I have no access to fastboot
I HAVE access to Emerg Mode
I have tried too many things to remember so lets hear your suggestions and i will get back to you. THANK YOU ALOT PEOPLE!!!!

I hope we can fix this!
