Missing File manager!

My tablet Lenovo TAB3 7 Essential TB3-710F TAB 1G+16GBL-BG Android 5.0, has no file manager. I've copied on it by USB cable between tablet and PC some applications, but when I tried to install these apps they were inactive (grayed). When I tapped on the apps name was no reaction.
Could you "tell" me how it is possible to install apps from a SD card or by a USB connection.

If you want install you could go to settings>storage>sdcard choose the apk file and install the application. Through usb cable you could try adb. If you do not what is adb or how it works check online.
