Help No phone calls.

The screen goes all the way black, no options of the number pad at all,
no caller ID shows up either, any sugessions, just did a factory settings one too, anything I could do though?

IT has been happening for some time now, I have not got any calls in a bit, but the screen turns black, without having the usual dialing pad, or see who did call. Even checking voice mail, there is a usuall screen for voicemail, but never getting it all black, I can not swipe up or anything, it just remains black.

Went into app settings > Went to the one default app that is purple outer circle with stripes.. and cleared that right up.

One of those default ones, I forgot the name of it...

I also think by removing a game I was playing, entitled "Elemental Dungeon" It required for the calls too.. But a few weeks ago, I was playing it and got a spam pop up from youmail. Huh I find it funny that way.
