I'm using Oppo R1011 (Don't know whether that is same Joy Plus). I have never done any kind of rooting or ROM installation and all. Can you please explain how to upgrade my phone's software to the latest available OS. Current version is 4.4.2. Build Number shows R1011EX_11_160813. My knowledge about these version and update or Android is very limited. So, Kindly explain me in detail. Please don't use any complicate words as I'm completely new to this.
