Help Outgoing Calls

When I connect with an outgoing call on my ZTE Valet, the screen goes black, and I have no access to any of the other functions of the phone. However, I am able to talk to the person on the other end of the call. After they hang up, because I have no way of doing so, I "get" my phone back, but have to unlock it. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Do you have a fix?

The phone is doing what it is supposed to do (turning off the screen to save battery life when it detects that you have it next to your ear) however most Valets need to have their sensors calibrated correctly.

Running this app once (it's a ZTE app) will fix your problem.
