Previous reports of Ouya being sold to Razer are indeed true as the, now former, CEO of Ouya has stepped down from her role in the company. Acquisition value is unknown at this time but it was done with cash money. The acquisition also gave Razer a portion of Ouya's staff along with their 'software assets'. The hardware portion of the business was left on the table
