problem with Zte v9 timmytab

hi, i have got a big problem. i have installed the touch version of recovery mode: CWM-based Recovery V6.0.3.2, but the touch buttons don't work, so I can not select items .... i don't have a operating system now, only a backup.
how i can change the recovery with a recovery not touch or install cyanogen mod with not recovery but with pc.
