For real tho, this one is a trip, very foreign and unusual but I figured I'd share.
What is MoKee OS?
MoKee Open Source is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.

A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion...

Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!

NOTICE:
When booting any ROM for the 1st time, it is ALWAYS best to leave the device alone for about 5-10mins after home screen is visible to allow the rest of the System finish expanding & catch up
You'll notice that the ROM boots in Japanese or something, just don't worry: Wait a few moments and press the bottom right arrow, then the OS will detect your SIM being English and automatically convert the ROM to something more like what we read, Lol

I had a major problem at the start though. For some reason, when the rom first booted it was in Chinese. I played HELL trying to switch the rom to English.

I had an idea of how to switch it to English but I couldn't read anything to get to the settings I needed to get to.

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this or not..

I think you should make a tutorial on how to switch back to English in case other people experience this

It wasn't an issue, just let it sit for a few mins after boot and simply hit the text on bottom right, then the OS will detect English (USA) SIM and translate everything.. Carry on, Lol
P.S: You should ALWAYS let the device sit for about 10mins after boot, to fully expand

I took it as an issue because no rom I've ever used boot into Chinese a language. I spent about an hour trying to locate the right settings. I've sideloaded every rom you've posted and I've done it perfectly. This rom, however, had some troubles being sideloaded. I ran into a "could not mount" error even though it loaded anyway, it still baffled me.

The sound seems to be an issue as well. It'll sometimes seemingly fade in and out. Going from low to high. It's not as robust as it should be. Not even with Dolby and some other sound mods combined. I have to put the sound up on this rom to the max just to achieve half of the sound on any other rom.

Wow, Lol. I'm not gonna go too deep into fixing much on this ROM tho. It was an oddball I played with, already wiped the repo from the PC to make room for other stuff this week (hint-hint).

I was playing around with this Rom, and changed the language in the build prop to en-US in my surprise it would not let me install Gapps. Just an observation

1. Because modifying the build.props broke the 'Certification' Google looks for.
2. Just allow the device a cpl mins to read the SIMcard after boot and it should automatically change the language to English-US.. It did for me

OP updated new builds with August 2018 security patch updates, as well as a build option WITHOUT Xposed since some ppl complain about SafetyNet issues in their G+ community.. Enjoy.
Edit: BTW, no Magisk included in these latest builds

I did too, until they rebased everything, using DotOS and butchered it, Lol. Isn't bad but isn't what it was.. Seems missing some stuff in comparison to the old builds last yr
