It might help if you provide the exact model I.D. of your Grand Neo+ (i.e. GT-i9060i or something similar), along with which carrier you use.

This method does involve using a Windows PC. There are some rooting apps that do not involve a computer (that you run on your phone to do the rooting process) but personally I don't advocate their use unless there's no other viable alternatives.
