Samsung download crash blue screen

Someone PLEASE help me. I’ve tried calling 02 4 times and they will not help me.
I cannot access my o2.
If I hold the power button and volume, it shows the Samsung icon and then immediately returns to this screen. I don’t know what I have accidentally pressed.
Im worried I’ve lost everything.

samsung a71. When I press the buttons for 7 seconds it doesn’t do anything other than show the Samsung icon and go straight back to this screen.
Seems like all the other forums on the matter are slightly different screen problems

again are you holding power+vol up or power+vol down?

power+vol down will allow you to to a hard reset

ok you might need to reinstall its firmware dont worry as it will not clear you info like pictures and what not

just make sure you choose the right one Im assuming you have the SM-A715F this process can take up to 10 to 20 mins but it should fix your problem

what phone do you have? what happened? do you have usb debugging turned on?
