I just updated my phone (SM-J710GN) from Marshmallow to Nougat using normal system notification update and after the download/installed, phone rebooted and then touch screen no longer responds. (it works without problem when phone is still running on Marshmallow).
Already try on Safe mode still no response and try downgrade back via Odin but getting error "sw rev check fail device 3 binary 2". I don’t wish to do hard reset factory setting or LCD replacement. Can anyone help me with this please? Thank you.
