My phone is stuck in landscape view, even though auto orientation is selected. I can't receive calls. When someone trys to call, my phone pops up a message that says "process com.android.phone ended unexpectedly. please try again." I can call out, send & receive texts, & access the internet.
I have turned it on/off, popped the battery out & put it back in, let the darn thing die and recharged it, and have done 3 factory resets.
Can anyone please help?
