Tablet stuck in safe mode. Problem with button.

Hi folks,

I have a problem in which, my tablet, in that it is stuck in safe mode. I originally went to samsung, where they said they no longer make the parts which are required.
So i was wondering is there any way to disable the volume buttons, ive tried installing one of those volume blocking apps, but doesnt seem to help.
Can I delete the software which connects the volume to the button to the device?

any advice would be appreicated!
