Well, if they actually listening, they already got it, that's software, and feature cost.

I'd like all three choices offered in the poll (and of course s/w updates) and all without the carrier sticking it to me somewhere painful.

Because of the lack of competition (thanks CRTC) we've become far to accustom to accepting crappy service, crappy hardware selection, crappy support all while paying a premium.
