I am unable to install the OTA update for 5.1.1 on my Lenovo A 2010. Every time I download the package and restart the phone, it opens to custom recovery and since I can't find the downloaded file, I simply restart the phone which means the update had not been installed. Also on rebooting I am greeted by a notification saying the update hasn't been installed.
Please help.
