Today, Verizon has announced that all of their prepaid customers who have a data plan (meaning not the $30 plan) will get unlimited, but throttled, data once they use up their high speed data bucket for the month.
The feature is called always-on data, and will cap the download speed of users to 128kbps once they use up their allotted data for the month.
