Help Xperia P Internet settings for Mobily

Hello Guys,

I've bought Xperia P few weeks back. The phone is excellent.

But having difficulty with internet. I'm in Saudia and using Mobily prepaid.

Found these settings in Android Forms and they work well with Maps but not on internet browser:

Name: internet
APN: Web2
Proxy: 10.3.2.133
Port: 8080
Authentication type: PAP
APN protocol: IPv4

Mobily won't send me the internet settings as I have sent sms many times to 1100 with text "1"

Can anyone help please?
