Verizon's pre-paid customer will soon be able to get unlimited throttled data once they reach their allotted data usage cap. The new feature kicks in on July 17. The throttled data speeds will likely keep users off YouTube, Netflix or streaming music services, but it should be enough to share your pictures on Instagram and check your email.
