    With this installer you're able to get CM apps on your device with or without root! Get cm messaging app or DSP manager and it's libs. The Trebuchet launcher however is not in this app but it can installed on stock rom, rooted or non rooted. Just google trebuchet for 4.1...

    I have the lg optimus f3 and there is 4g coverage in my area but my phone is not connecting to it. I was wondering if there was way to connect my phone to the 4g lte network. And the UICC card is installed.
